Anyone have any great ideas about how to avert the coming hockey strike? Seems to me we should just shame them into settling. Fat cats need to remember where their fancy cars and mansions come from. They also need to think about the thousands of low-paying jobs that will disappear if they can’t satisfy their greed before next year’s hockey season starts. Those people look up to the people in the hockey organizations and respect them. They get by on small wages. Will the owners and players really put them all out in the street because they can’t decide how many millions should be enough?
