I love living in Victoria, but stories like this give me pause. Everyone who lives here has felt the frequent little quakes we enjoy every few months. There was even one that made me think I was dead. I was on the 20th floor, sitting at my desk when the computer monitors started shaking and the building swayed. That was scary. This is a disaster area with a 500 year period. Hope I’m long dead when the next big one hits. Read on if you care to, or can stomach it.
